Masterclass: Accommodating Changes (in EST; ENG-GER translation), @Online
Led by: Ingvar Villido (in Estonian; with ENG and GER live translation)
Millions of people around the world have had to radically change their way of living to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus. In this masterclass, Ingvar Villido will give advice on how to accommodate changes and make good choices in the circumstances that are forced upon us.
- Does it make sense to hope that things will be just like they used to be before the pandemic or is it better that we consciously design the new future based on the current lessons?
- What are the habitual patterns that we are enforced to discover and rethink in these external changes?
- Hope offers comfort, but it can also hinder us from moving on: “True change begins when you stop and become deeper.”
In the second part of the masterclass, Ingvar will answer the participants’ questions. Questions can be submitted in advance (via the registration form) and during live event (via Zoom chat).
Masterclasses are held in Estonian; For international participants we provide simultaneous translation into English and German.
