Conversations with Ingvar: What to expect from the new year? (in ENG, RUS translation), @Online
The arrival of the new year is an interesting time. It is as if one cycle ends and another begins.
A cycle created by humans, but significant nevertheless. So long as we are alive, one can always start again and do better, isn’t it so?
The new year is a good time to look within. If you look at the past, analyze what was, and learn from it, that would be good. But if you notice only mistakes and failures, start looking for a culprit, then you risk getting stuck in your past.
You can also get stuck in the future… after all, expectations are already in the air. Do you expect something from the future? What do you expect from the new year? Do you believe that things will change on their own?
What is the change that you want? Do you have dreams or goals? Are they realistic, measurable and achievable?
Have you already shared those New Year’s resolutions? What are your expectations of yourself? What do you expect from others? What is possible for you? Does life bring you enough inspiration?
In this conversation, Ingvar opens a deeper truth about expectations and the pathway to change.
