Art of Conscious Change I-II, @Lohja
Taught by: Ingvar Villido
The course provides a practical skills ‘toolbox’ for applying awareness in everyday life to effectively “mend” any situation you might encounter. The knowledge you gain in these two days will allow you to effect real, immediate change in your life by changing your inner world.
Course I (Day 1): “The Five-Body System”
You will independently reach a new experience of yourself. On day 1 we focus on the five body system, a compass and map to make sense of what and why is happening to you. You will discover that what you currently believe a human to be – based on your own direct experience – is wrong. Until you discover the five-body system for yourself, you will continue to believe in a version of human nature that is disconnected from reality. Ability to practically discern between the five bodies – that is, orientating in your complete and holistic structure – lays the foundation for all of the following techniques.
Course II (Day 2): “Releasing Emotions”
You will learn to free yourself from your automatic emotions as soon as they are triggered – effectively kicking your autopilot out the driver’s seat. We tend to believe that we are lacking something in our lives, when in fact the opposite is true: there are too many processes driving our life as if on autopilot, without our involvement and participation. For thousands of years people have been trying – and failing – to rid themselves of these problematic, automatically-triggered emotions. Suppression, expulsion, ignoring, etc. Yet with temporary effect, lacking a fundamental breakthrough. The automatic occurrence of our emotions still causes problems, both in how we feel and how we behave.
The Art of Conscious Change is a new teaching for all humankind allowing us to release our emotions and free ourselves from the autopilot.
Final session as webinar: May 12.2020 (6:30-9:30 PM)
On Day 3, you will have the opportunity to adjust your techniques, ask clarifying questions, get useful feedback and further guidance.
