In his courses I had such a eureka-effect – how hadn’t I realized those things myself! You start to perceive that there is not just the physical Tõnis Mägi inside yourself, but also that emotions that are separate live their own life, mentality lives its own life, the intellect lives its own life. That all these are there, and sometimes the mentality doesn’t know what the emotion is doing; you get something done emotionally, and the mentality is following, trying to catch up. If I may predict, I have a very strong inner feeling that in about 20 years the whole world will speak about Ingvar as someone very special. And his teaching as something very special. The whole world.
Tõnis Mägi, Singer-Composer
It is amazing how Ingvar delves deeply into both ancient wisdom and the specific needs of people in the 21st century. His manner of speaking sparks inspiration, curiosity, and joy of learning. Regardless of the topic, with Ingvar I always experience a sense of wonder and enjoy his special skill to open the meaning of very complicated things in an unbelievably simple way, adding an extra dimension of understanding and possibilities. Also, in his proximity my ability to be aware, in the present moment, is amplified. Practical and illuminated, Ingvar unites those rare qualities that make him truly the teacher for our time.
Helena Lass, Medical Doctor, Promotor of Mental Wellness
This is the highest, deepest yoga teaching while brought to the 21st century for a modern person. I can use these techniques in real-time and in my daily life. Ruby Yeh, Producer and Entrepreneur
I have taken many courses over the last 30+ years and yet none of them could shift my paradigm of life and the world as quickly and easily as from Ingvar’s teaching.

Many surgeons burn out fast and die at an early age. Knowing how to release emotions would be so useful for them. I was no exception, burdening all my family members with my troubles at work. I would have been a much better surgeon if I had had the opportunity to pass the Art of Conscious Change courses much sooner. During surgery, the patient’s life is in danger, and therefore surgeons are clear-minded and grasping the events fast – they are aware. But after that it is difficult to deal with the tension. Worry and stress were eating me from the inside out. Finally, my heart went weak, so I changed my job for the one in a outpatient clinic, because I just kept getting one myocarditis after another. It would be highly useful for all medical doctors to have the knowledge how to release unnecessary emotions, so that they could help their patients while remaining in good health themselves.
